Are your products officially licensed?
We’re passionate fans creating quality merchandise that celebrates the fandoms we love. While we may not always have official licensing, we create our products with utmost respect for the original content and characters.

Where do you ship to?
We ship our joy-sparking goods globally! However, we’re unable to deliver to some remote locations and parts of Asia. Check our full Terms & Conditions for specific details about your location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
After placing your order, please allow 1-2 working days for processing. Then:
– Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 working days via DHL or FedEx
– Free Shipping (orders over £50): 15-25 working days via EMS

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your fandom treasures on their journey to you.

Are there any additional customs or import charges?
For international orders, local customs or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

What’s your returns policy?
We want you to love everything you order! If something isn’t quite right (literally or figuratively), you have 15 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. Please email us at [email protected] to start the process.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We pack everything with plenty of love (and bubble wrap!), but sometimes things happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right!

Do you offer gift wrapping?
While we don’t offer traditional gift wrapping, we take great care in packaging your items with plenty of love (and that bubble wrap we mentioned!). Our packaging is designed to make unwrapping your fandom treasures a special experience.
