We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but please note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Some products have special handling requirements:

• Candles & Incense: For safety reasons, these cannot be returned if used or if seals are broken
• Mugs: Cannot be returned if used or removed from original packaging

When you place an order with us, you’re making an offer to purchase goods that we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service at our discretion.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship your items. If we cannot fulfill your order, we’ll notify you and provide a full refund.

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes won’t affect confirmed orders.

We ship globally with some exceptions (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia).

Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully pack your fandom goodies.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch

These are estimated delivery times only. Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing.

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in your country.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! Our returns policy is designed with fans in mind.

Return Window: 15 days from when you receive your order.

Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Candles & Incense if used or seal is broken
• Mugs if used or removed from original packaging

Return Process:

1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll provide a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and return address
3. Securely pack items with original packaging, tags, and paperwork
4. Include a copy of your order confirmation or note with RA and order numbers
5. Ship using a tracked method to our provided address

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

When creating an account with us, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You may not use our site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating intellectual property laws.
